- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆To Whom it may concern, I came by this branch Sat.12/20/2014 AT 11:40 Am. to cash 2 checks drawn on this establishment,that we needed desperately needed to pay a bill.....All the lights were off,and the shades were not pulled at at that time....we waited at the window for a few minutes,and did not see anyone,But they were cars parked at the end of the lot?? We only live a couple of blocks from there,and were thinking about changing banks,(for the Sat Service) But on our brisk walk( about 20 min.later)The Shades were pulled and cars gone??? If this is the way you do business on Saturdays, We don't want any part of it.I guess we will stay with SECU Where we've been the past 15 years......Thanks JohnBy Tonda Cable, January 05, 2017
